We are responsible for table setup, breakdown and general cleanliness of area during usage. Bring your own water bottles, coffee etc and take them as you leave. The tables are best with our wonderful pads.
Strikes, Spares, Gutter Balls – what’s better than bowling? If you like bowling for fun with friendly people, come join us each Friday morning at 9:15 a.m. at the Orchard Mesa Lanes, 295 27 Road. The cost is $8.50 for three games (+$2 if you rent shoes). Men and women bowl separately. All skill levels are welcome.
Perfect your needlecraft and socialize with old and new friends. The Needlecrafters get together the second Monday of the month September through May, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Bring whatever you’re working on—embroidery, knitting, crochet, counted cross stitch, quilting, beadwork, or any UFO (unfinished object) you’d like to tackle. We share tips, ideas and great conversation!
The book for January is The Crazies: The Cattlemen, the Wind Prospector and a War Out West and will be hosted by Janet Jones. Please contact the coordinator for details and RSVP.
Masonic Lodge/Grand Valley Event Center, 2400 Consistory Ct. We meet at 9:30 am for coffee and conversation. The monthly meeting, held from 10 to 11 a.m., includes club and community updates, and the guest speaker this month is Speaker for January is Mike Bennett - Grand Junction City Manager. No reservations are necessary.

\ Kindred Reserve is a city park located next to Tiara Rado Golf Course. It is fairly new. In the past, everyone seemed delighted in the easy, level hike. We will see views of the majestic Colorado National Monument, a stream, a woodland, and a peaceful lake. It is about 2 miles, accounting for some backtracking, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
In order to allow for daytime warmup, and following suggestions from the survey, we will meet Thursday at 1000 AM, at the specially marked parking lot at 2064 S. Broadway. The lot is just West of the driving range parking lot. To get there go South on Redlands Parkway (Think 24 Road) until it turns into South Broadway.
Our next wine tasting is scheduled for Thursday January 15th from 4-6 at the Art Center. Cost will remain $25.00. We will be tasting South American Wines. Deadline for reservations is January 8th.
