MAH JONGG
Mah Jongg is a game that continues to grow in popularity, with game play that keeps players engaged and challenged – along with plenty of opportunities for socialization. Our ladies group plays American mah jongg using current-year National Mah Jongg League (NMGL) cards and rules. Players purchase cards yearly so each player’s cards have the same sets of winning hand combinations.
Interested, experienced mah jongg players are invited to call or email the coordinator to join. If you’ve never played but are interested, we will help you learn more about this great game of skill and chance. Call to arrange a time to join us. We meet on Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Pavilion (Peet’s Coffee Cafe, 750 Wellington).
