HIKING AND SNOWSHOEING
Join this fun and active group for hiking and snowshoeing around the scenic Grand Valley and the Grand Mesa. Hikes are easy-going, reasonably paced and typically 3-5 miles. They are either a loop or out-and-back, usually with less than 200 feet of elevation increase.
Typically, we meet at a location and carpool to the trailheads. We often hike up on the Grand Mesa during the summer and snowshoe during the winter. Cross-country skiers are welcome to join us as well. We meet every Thursday at 8:45 a.m. weather permitting to finalize plans and decide on carpools and depart at 9 am. See future dates in the calendar.
